Butter Cheese Cake

This cake is where an amount of cheese is added into the butter cake batter, thus giving the cake a twist its flavour.

The cheese cream is also different from the one made for the velvet cake. Therefore they might look the same, but the texture and taste are a bit different.

After not attending the event for the past 2 years.. this year I decided to go back to my alma mater in Ipoh, Perak. I had my secondary education in a boarding school in Tiger Lane.

A few friends have requested me to bring along some cuppies for the occasion. Therefore, I baked them 50 pcs of the same to be enjoyed among ourselves. I did a very simple deco since I had something else to do the night before I left for Ipoh.

Yesterday (9 May 2010) was such a memorable day for me and some friends. The Diploma In Banking students for batch 85-88 reunited again after such a long long years. Eventhough not everybody could make it, but the event was a success. Bravo!!
