The A Break

Well, last night I baked 2 plain butter cake tapi tak sempat nak upload gambar. Will try to do it next week.

By the way dear readers, staring from tomorrow (18 April) to 22 April I will be going for a holiday abroad. Saja nak relax2 n cari ilham....hehehe

But balik jer nanti, on 23 April dah start baking again. There are a few orders waiting. Alhamdulillah....It's my rezeki.

To Farid With Love

Lily of Setiawangsa requested me to bake these cuppies for her fiance's birthday party. She wanted some heart shapes on the cake. So, this what the end result looks like.

Kek Belang Koko

Once a while, I would receive some other cake orders as well. Yang mana bole buat, I buat ler. Rezeki jangan ditolak. One of them is this kek belang koko a.k.a Marble Cake. This cake was ordered by Pn Ramlah Rasul a.k.a Cik Lam from Kpg Lembah Jaya, Ampang. Dia sempat pesan "....koko lebih". No prob Cik Lam... :)

Hope she enjoys the cake. Terima kasih yer Cik Lam. Nanti kalo teringin nak makan kek belang koko, jangan lupa order lagi.

Ladybirds For A Young Lady

I got this order to bake 100 pcs of buttercream cuppies with a ladybird deco from the wife of one of the Deputy Ministers. It's for their daughter's suprise birthday party. They came over to my place to pickup the cakes themselves.

New Buttercream Recipe

Last week, i tried a new buttercream recipe. It's less sweet but more creamy. I got some good feedback on this new buttercream. Ramai yang suka sebab tak berapa manis. Just nice. So, starting now onwards, I will stick to this recipe for my buttercream cakes.
