This set of fondant cuppies were ordered by Hakim from Klang, as a hantaran for his niece's wedding. He specifically wanted it to be in red and black.

I used the marble effect for the base fondant to show the color contrast.

My attempt baking a blue velvet cake. It turned out well and so did the cream cheese which i have done some adjustment on the recipe.

Red Velvet

I baked these petite cakes for my schoolmates in conjuction with the 3rd annual futsal match inter SBP batch 84. SBP stands for Sekolah Berasrama Penuh or Full Boarding School.

Need to do a few more experiments and R&Ds before I could include this item in my Jemi Delights menu.
