This set of cuppies was an order from Azilah from Kuang. It's for the nieces' birthday. She wanted something simple but sweet.

English Theme Butter Cuppies

I baked and decored this set of cupcakes for Norizah of Damansara Damai, for her niece's 'hantaran'.

The theme given was English so roses would be just nice for the flowers. I used the ready made gumpaste flowers for this cuppies to suit the budget given.

Cake Tasting

On the 15 May 2011, I held a cake tasting for some my friends and potential customers. The cake for the month was Red Velvet. I made it into ala le petit cakes for that occasion.

For those who had turned up for the occasion, thank you very much.

This set of fondant cuppies were ordered by Hakim from Klang, as a hantaran for his niece's wedding. He specifically wanted it to be in red and black.

I used the marble effect for the base fondant to show the color contrast.

Finally.....After a few trials and errors, I finally come out with my own version of Velvet Cake. Customers have the choice to choose the colors from Red, Blue and Purple.
