Choc Ganache Cuppies

These choc cuppies were also for Echopark. I prefer simple designs when decorating choc ganache cuppies.

Echopark Swirls

Made these cuppies sempena perasmian outlet Echopark in SACC Mall, Shah Alam ptg tadi. I was a bit late but managed to deliver the product before the ceremony. All together, there were 100 pcs of cuppies. 50 bluish n 50 pinkish swirls.

The owners of the shop are Azan Ruffedge and his partner. Ni kedai yg jejual baju hik hok (hip hop). Hehehe......very not me. The event went well. Siap ada show n stuff.

Busy Week

This week will be a bit busy baking cuppies for a customer who is going to officiate his shop. Dia dah order 100 buttercream cuppies. Dia request for a Swirl on the cakes. On top of that, there will be another 50 chocolate ganache cuppies added in. They should be ready by Saturday 28 March.

Last Saturday, I went to Bake with Yen to buy some of the stuff for the cakes as well as for the fondant and gumpaste. Sunday plak, gi Bagus in Tmn Permata to get some more additional stuff.

So, the theme for the week is..... Swirling....Swirling....Swirling..

Layout/Lakaran/Sketches

Normally before I start decorating the cuppies, I would do some sketching on this layout sheet. Masa ni I would discuss with my customer on the theme, colors and arrangement. With this layout sheet, it helps me alot in getting my work done. Tak yah nak pepening kepala masa nak deco tu. Sumer dah siap atas paper. Sonang kojo den..

Baked this for Zairyn of Kelana Jaya. She wanted something ala2 brutal tapi memanja... camner tu? So, i came up with idea after discussing with her. Cam buat baju plak, ada discussion bagai. Tapi for me, that is important. Customers' need is priority
