Fondant

Since it's a long weekend and I had nothing to do much, I ended up makinh and playing with fondant paste. Afterall.... I wanted to try out those fondant plungers that I have bought long long time ago.

The result turned out to be ok. Will do more fondant paste after this. I need to improve my skills on it.

Double Choc Moist Cakes

Happy Anniversary

Umar order these cuppies for his 1st wedding anniversary and also in conjuction with the birth of his son, Adam.

He just told me what he wanted and let me use my own creativities to visualise it on the cakes.
So.,....this is what I had for him.

Selamat Pengantin Baru

The 1st pic is the set of fondant cuppies order by Nurul Ain of Damansara Damai for her wedding hantaran. Her theme was Gold. So....i used the golden cake liner and golden yellow roses for the main decoration. As for the swag, i used the lemon yellow for the coloring

From Sister With Love

This is an order from Lily as a present to her youngest sister, Sheena. Hehehe... I used my own version for the skeleton. Wonder why there is PSP and Wii? Sheena likes those two gadgets. Well Sheena, Happy Birthday to you.

Once again, Sabarina order these cuppies for her children's school functions. Since they are for the kids, I tried to deco them as colorful and as simple as possible. Dont want them to mess up the cream on their shirts.

These cuppies were made last week for a friend's son's birthday. Since this little boy likes cars so much, the mom asked me to deco the cuppies with cars n buses (read Gang Bas Sekolah).

Cuppies for Jimmy

I baked these little cuppies for Jimmy's daughter's birthday. By the way.....Jimmy works with a bank and is from Kampung Baru.

Since he didn't give me any specification on how the deco should be, I just used my own imagination to come up with the patterns.

I finished up decorating the cakes before I went to Kak Min's of Baking Project open house in Cheras.

Raya Gathering....Office

I baked this cuppies a small Hari Raya Gathering in the office. The yellow piping jelly was flavored with a little bit of lemon essence.

Besides those cupppies, I have also baked 2 butter cakes for the function.

These 3 sets of cuppies were order by Sabarina for a "cukur jambul" function and also for her own "makan makan" with a her family. She has told me that the function is for a boy, so I tried my best to deco the cakes suit for a boy.

Hari Raya Gatherings

Last Saturday (10 October 2009) there was a Hari Raya Gathering for the residenses of Sri Puteri Apartment. We were encourage to bring some foods or so called Pot Luck goodies during that time.

So, I baked these cakes for the occasion. Hope they liked them...hehehe

Received an order from Zie of PJ for this chocolate moist cake. I have been baking this cake for the past 20 years. Even whenever I go back to my hometown for the Hari Raya.....my relatives would ask for this cake.

After a long break..... This the 1st set of cuppies made for Hari Raya for Sabarina of Kelana Jaya.

I received this order way back in Ramadhan. Her concept is Hari Raya, so I tried my best to accommodate to her request.

Choc Ganache for Mummy Lily

Lily from Setiawangsa ordered 25 pcs of this cake actually. Since I don't have the 12"x 12" box in stock, I had to use 2 boxes to pack the cuppies. The above is the 1st box. Lily is a 1st time mother to be, so bila orang mengandung teringin nak makan sesuatu.....kena la buat. No excuse!!
