Dessert For Kenduri Sambut Puasa

I got a call from Fuad of Setiawangsa last Wednesday. He ordered these butter cakes for the kenduri to celebrate Ramadhan this Saturday in Malacca.

Since I have all the stock needed, i baked 4 butter cakes for this occasion. Besides these cakes, he also ordered the butter cheese cake but to be picked up later.

Here are some samples I baked last Saturday for distributions.

Happy Birthday

This a butter cheese cake ordered by some friends for some friends' birthday. The topping is a mixture of butter and cheese with a bit of lemon juice added in. As for the deco, I used the lemon zests sprinkled around the cream cheese.

The cake itself has a portion if cheese added in.... not just a plain butter cake.

Chocolate Ganache

These cuppies were order by Padzil from Sri Gombak.
The chocolate topping is a mixture of semi sweet chocolate and whip cream. Even the batter of this cake is slightly different from the normal buttercream cuppies.

I always make sure that all my cakes have their own recipes in order to create different tastes and textures. One thing for sure, it takes lots of R&D thingy. Yer lah....kita belajar yg basic, pastu gunakan lah creativity utk enhance apa yg kita dah belajar.
