1 June 2010 - New Packaging

Dear readers and customers, effective 1 June 2010 Jemi Delights will be coming out with a new packaging for the cupcakes besides the existing ones.

Consisting of 16 pcs of cupcakes using the 3.25 oz solo cups, it comes with a window box together with the cuppies holder.

I made this cake yesterday (23 May 2010) just for fun. Besides that, I also wanted to brush up my fondant making skills. Well...practice makes perfect.

Happy Teacher's Day

16 May is a Techer's Day and I got an order to prepare 3 sets of butter vanilla cuppies for the occasion. The them color is white and blue. The teacher said to me "I nak belang belang biru". Well, if is just stripes....then it would not be interesting. Instead I did something else and she liked it.

The moment I was done with the decorating, my house..infact the whole area of my apartment got blacked out!

After 22 Years......

Yesterday (9 May 2010) was such a memorable day for me and some friends. The Diploma In Banking students for batch 85-88 reunited again after such a long long years. Eventhough not everybody could make it, but the event was a success. Bravo!!

As it was a pot luck gathering......I baked these 2 types of cakes for the occation, a set of butter vanilla cuppies and a chocolate moist cake.

We had a good time catching the old stories and gossips while helping ourselves with lots and lots of food.
