Hantaran Cake

Another "hantaran" fondant cake ordered by Lin from Batu Caves. Its a steamed fruit cake measuring 7" in a shape of heart.

I made this cake for one of the Terengganu royal family members. It is for one of the "hantaran" items. She mentioned specifically what she wanted and I tried to accommodate to the requirement.
