This 2 tiers wedding cake is made for the wedding of Mohd Faizal and Nor which will be held in Pantai Dalam on 25 Dec 2011.

The top tier is a 7" cake while the base is a 9" cake.

Rainbow Buttercheese Cake

Baked this cake for Maizurah from Pantai Dalam for her mom. The layers can only be seen once the cake is cut. The cream is made of cheese and it has a lemony taste.

Red Velvet

These two sets of cakes were baked for Noor Akmar of USJ6, Subang Jaya. The first cake is for a "hantaran" for her nephew's engagement. Whereas the second ones is to be served to the family members.

Buttter Cheese Cake

A cake which combines not just butter, but also cheese in its batter. The cake has a soft and moist texture.

Carrot Walnut

This cake was ordered by Lin of Batu Caves as a gift for a wedding. She specifically wanted the cheesecream to be in blue and the cake to be sparkled up with the silver balls.

I used the ready made gumpaste bouquet as a topper for the cake.
