This chocolate cake was ordered for a farewell gathering by one of my regular customers.

One of the cakes that I baked using my new oven. So far.....Alhamdulillah....no problem. Just adjust the temperature, all cakes turned out to be just nice.

Dessert For Kenduri Sambut Puasa

I got a call from Fuad of Setiawangsa last Wednesday. He ordered these butter cakes for the kenduri to celebrate Ramadhan this Saturday in Malacca.

Since I have all the stock needed, i baked 4 butter cakes for this occasion. Besides these cakes, he also ordered the butter cheese cake but to be picked up later.

This a butter cheese cake ordered by some friends for some friends' birthday. The topping is a mixture of butter and cheese with a bit of lemon juice added in. As for the deco, I used the lemon zests sprinkled around the cream cheese.

The cake itself has a portion if cheese added in.... not just a plain butter cake.
