Choc Ganache Cuppies

These choc cuppies were also for Echopark. I prefer simple designs when decorating choc ganache cuppies.

Echopark Swirls

Made these cuppies sempena perasmian outlet Echopark in SACC Mall, Shah Alam ptg tadi. I was a bit late but managed to deliver the product before the ceremony. All together, there were 100 pcs of cuppies. 50 bluish n 50 pinkish swirls.

The owners of the shop are Azan Ruffedge and his partner. Ni kedai yg jejual baju hik hok (hip hop). Hehehe......very not me. The event went well. Siap ada show n stuff.

Busy Week

This week will be a bit busy baking cuppies for a customer who is going to officiate his shop. Dia dah order 100 buttercream cuppies. Dia request for a Swirl on the cakes. On top of that, there will be another 50 chocolate ganache cuppies added in. They should be ready by Saturday 28 March.

Last Saturday, I went to Bake with Yen to buy some of the stuff for the cakes as well as for the fondant and gumpaste. Sunday plak, gi Bagus in Tmn Permata to get some more additional stuff.

So, the theme for the week is..... Swirling....Swirling....Swirling..

Layout/Lakaran/Sketches

Normally before I start decorating the cuppies, I would do some sketching on this layout sheet. Masa ni I would discuss with my customer on the theme, colors and arrangement. With this layout sheet, it helps me alot in getting my work done. Tak yah nak pepening kepala masa nak deco tu. Sumer dah siap atas paper. Sonang kojo den..

Baked this for Zairyn of Kelana Jaya. She wanted something ala2 brutal tapi memanja... camner tu? So, i came up with idea after discussing with her. Cam buat baju plak, ada discussion bagai. Tapi for me, that is important. Customers' need is priority

One of my friends just given birth to a baby girl. This is her third child.
I baked this cuppies masa majlis aqiqah anak dia. Btw....her name is Nur'Arissa.

Who Is This For?

When I got this order, I was asked just to write those words....nothing else. Hehehe....dalam hati duk tetanya gak...dorang nak bagi saper ni. Takper la...I don't wanna be so kepochi. Just buat and as long as my customer happy, I pun happy.

More Cuppies...More Cakes...

Malam ni ada 25 pcs nak kena ice n deco. Esok malam plak, ada 25 pcs cuppies nak kena buat and bakar. It seems that I am now buzy baking cakes every week. Takper....penat sikit jer but I really enjoy doing it.

Just received an order for a Layered Prune cake. Pick up on Tuesday (17 Mar 2009). Nanti bila dah siap....I will upload the picture.

Cuppies for Eddy

These were for Eddy. Nak buat jamuan BBQ untuk family members. Thanks Eddy for the order. I really enjoyed buat cecorak tu. Playing with colors.

Haizul's & Seira's

These cuppies were order by Haizul and Seira. The chocolate ganache cuppies were for Haizul while the butter cream cuppies were for Seira. Thanks guys :)

More Oders Coming In

It's gonna be a bz week for me. Ada 100 biji cuppies nak kena buat n siapkan before Friday. Alhamdulillah....rezeki Tuhan bagi. Im so greatful for it. Nanti bila dah siap, i will post the pics here.
